About the Scheme
On the approval of the Board of Governors, a chunk of land measuring 359 Kanals and 15 Marlas was purchased at Naguman Charsadda Road, Peshawar, for the establishment of the EEF Housing Scheme in order to provide low-cost accommodation to the Education Employees of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Education Employees Foundation Act, 2018.

Objectives
The Education Employees Foundation (EEF), Peshawar Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is developing their 360 Kanal land at Jatti Bala Naguman, Charsadda Road, Peshawar for the development of housing schemes for the Education Employees of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The main objectives of the project are:
- To increase housing stock in the Province for Govt. Servants and General Public specially for poor segment of Public at affordable cost.
- To attract the people from other provinces for investment in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
